I agree with all of your other points and I'm not trying to convince you to switch to Apple Books but you actually can airdrop books between devices! Most of the time I don't need to because I sync my whole library over icloud but occasionally I will download a single epub and then airdrop it to my ipad and it imports immediately.

I'm otherwise not picky about the rest of the things (my biggest gripe is actually poorly imported metadata! and I've finally gotten Books to show all my cover art so I can't switch now) but the Airdrop ability is a must for me and I use it a lot.

I've read 56 books in the app this year, all manually uploaded with full metadata. I can even confirm most of the books I have read show up in the Book store as well because I am annoyingly suggested to buy them whenever I try to find them in 'search' (annoying feature)

The review doesn't show up in my app but someone below thinks their uploaded titles have been tracked. Who knows what the rhyme or reason is.

In my experience Apple Music Replay is terrible so my expectations are measured anyway but I would like to be able to use this service if it were possible.

Taking a moment to remember when one of the last hysterias about iOS security was: 'if people watch you enter your password they will be able to gain access to your device' and it spread through the news like wildfire that this was some new giant security issue.

These are surely always written for paranoid grandparents and not for regular people.

Probably the same reason we don't have a Mac widget for apple music yet, no handoff between devices, etc.

Apple Music is really behind-the-times for what one would hope to be standard features (though they keep giving us new features like spacial audio and 'sing mode' lol)

Another year of Apple Music Replay another year feeling like it isn't correct.

There must be some weirdly strict rules about what constitutes a 'play' and what doesn't, or a problem syncing plays between devices on icloud - I don't know.

Every year I get my Replay back and there are visually obvious things to me that are wrong. An example would be an album I am certain I have listened to several times only showing 50 minutes total playtime this year. Weird.

Maybe I'm the only one who has this problem but I have never had the feeling that this data was as accurate as spotify wrapped and I am disappointed every single year.
