Try to hold a new party congress and make Ligachov gensec, put future GKChP members in top positions of power, purge Yakovlev and Shevardnadze and make sure Yeltsin stays out of power. Rehabilitate Stalin and require all Politburo members to prove they understand Marxism.

"Other instances" could be referring to lemmy.world and other very liberal instances.

You can also find a lot of communist books on online libraries like Libgen, Anna's Archive, and archive.org.

The Law of the Soviet State and Russian Justice for the Soviet legal system and a chapter of Peoples' Democracies about the Mindszenty trial and legal systems in other Warsaw Pact countries.

Wikipedia puts Dessalines and Stalin in the "genocide perpetrators" category but not Washington, and Andrew Jackson is only there if you look through four levels of subcategories.

A lot of you probably know about An Indigenous Peoples' History of the United States by Roxanne Dunbar-Ortiz. I found out that it's actually part of a series along with six other US history books (Afro-American, African American and Latinx, Asian American, Black Women's, Disability, and Queer histories of the US). Has anyone read these other books or knows if they're good? They're all available for free on Libgen or Anna's Archive.

Most parties have a candidate period when you first join where they teach you things, but you can also learn a lot by reading (or listening to audiobooks/podcasts/videos) beforehand.

Join whichever party is active where you live and study theory and history.

I found this website that is a leftist alternative to YouTube but has a separate community instead of just reuploading YouTube videos without ads or tracking like the websites in the Tankie Reply Bot on Lemmygrad.
