There's nothing wrong your RAM isn't "gone"

Worry about "Memory Pressure". Green = Good

Swap used 5GB - Can someone help me figure this thing out. I only used safari, notion and yt music. in c/apple@hardware.watch

this matters. It's only showing paged swap that HAS been used since the last boot. Not necessarily swap space that is currently needed or in use.
