If it works now, keep using it until it doesn’t. Not all countries talk to one another about blacklisted IMEIs and some take a long time to update. Be ready to buy a new phone. Keep this one as a music player.

Screentime in settings. I like using one sec app. There’s a subscription fee that’s reasonable for more features. It popped up while typing and I had to do an intervention to keep going. Wonderful app.
You call your cellular provider, get the free version of voicemail, then log in by calling your own number and somewhere buried deep is an option to turn off voicemail. Alternative is to change the greeting to “Don’t leave voicemail. I will never ever listen to it. It’s gone forever. I don’t care. You will have to keep calling me, keep clamming me, keep calling me…”
