Today is one one those days where I am super glad I bit the bullet and finally got myself an Apple Watch. I was having some weird heart stuff going on yesterday (Suspected SVT) and was advised to go to A&E. Of course in the time I was waiting my resting heart rate returned to normal so to their tests everything was fine.
I had used the ECG app at the time to capture the problem I was having and the doctor actually requested to look at it and has helped me to get some medication and a cardiology referral.
So grateful to have such technology literally on my wrist to help me advocate for my health!
Feel for you!! Had another episode yesterday evening, resolving to do as little as possible between now and my appointment with cardiology next week lol
