Super specialization in medicine is definitely an issue. I'm sorry you went through that. I don't think many neurologists would even think of screening someone for eoe.

Retina has mechanisms to flip different switches and go into high sensitivity mode. Changing the ISO, if you will. The pupils change consensually under normal physiological circumstances. Even with only one eye closed. If they don't, you might want to go see a doctor!

Jeez man who hurt you. Both the content and delivery of it from the guy above seemed very genuine. Don't be a dick.

Microsoft's "Edge" was Project Spartan at one point wasn't it? Probably would have confused a lot of people if it came out that way but would've been pretty cool.

Won't be everyones cup of tea but Matias laptop pro or mini pro or whatever it's called with their quiet switches have been my favorite for many years! Plus they are Canadian company so it tickles my patriotism a bit.

I made the mistake of having bunch of columns, annotated images with captions, and tables everywhere that obsidian's addons couldn't really replicate the experience. For prep work around writing research papers, it's probably easier to use than notion for sure.
