All this talk about climate change and how these companies are battling it.... meanwhile my pc is burning up while i have to wait a couple hours for slow servers to download 100 Gigabytes of updates while rendering the stupid menu... I'm looking at you microsoft with your ms flight sim.
3d game menus need to be a thing of the past... or put a prerendered video as background if you just can't live without it. There is no need for fuckery like this and devs that implement it in their games should get a hammer to their fingers.
