i have doubts, the rhetoric in the posted report stinks like bypartizan tactics and still presents glorification of NATO/US activities.
what is the point here? why to argue over the topic? its a war, its harming everyone, doesnt matter who start, just follow the money, the rest is just afterparty with destructive effects.
and other thing, link is to globsec report, do you know what is globsec? its warmongering companies backed up pseudo non-profit/NGO. Just have a look in their sponsors for their main event (https://forum2023.globsec.org/partners/).
