And don't forget the rootkit debacle.
I'm on ps5 but the upcoming psn price hike is putting me off after reluctantly paying it the last 2 years. A steam console (I think I saw 'leaked' recently) sounds ok if it can play GOG/owned stuff too.

And they selfishly go to block the other /lower outlet - who's the real Satan?
Agreed. UK's NHS is a poor shadow of its former glory due to Tory/right cuts and desperation to privatise. And just a decade ago the (IMHO awesome) 2012 Olympic opening ceremony showing our thanks and respect... 😭
There are so many more types of biscuits.
It's casualuk after all.
Ignoring people!
Grumpy, Doc, Sneezy, I definitely forget the rest though.
In the UK you might say a sheepish hello to the person(s) next to you in the waiting room but never to the whole room, that would be... uncomfortable. It might also prompt a conversation when you just want to ignore the world until you're called.
Thanks for your helpful comments. I'll give it a go and hope I can stick with it. I did read the first 6 books before I gave up as that could have been half the length with a good editor. What is it with these 'blockbuster' adaptations that can't stick to the story or characters or pacing. The wooden acting/script doesn't help at times either. Not saying I could do better but when you're told they spent so many millions on it... Prime's LOTR suffered a similar fate and I only managed 3 episodes of that.
Has anyone watched ep 1-3 yet? How was it, considering series 1 was a bit underwhelming I thought.
Is that just swinging your arms more or your torso as well? One video I watched recently said too much arm swing can also be counter productive so it's a fine line it seems.
I use the nose-breathe-in-for-3-steps and mouth-breathe-out-for-2-steps which seems to work for me. If I find myself struggling and notice I'm not doing this then starting seems to calm my breathing again. I can just about do it without thinking now. I definitely struggle with the leg stamina thing though. Only been running regularly (3x week) for 8 months.
Loved that series. Must read it again soon!
