Used to back when I was in high school and it was more common, but bluetooth earbuds have gotten really good sound-wise that the hassle of wires/dac/adapter isn't worth it nowadays for me and basically everyone I know.
Wired headphones sound better usually but I think anyone claiming they're superior to bluetooth in every way is being disingenuous and hasn't tried modern buds.
Gotta love the diehard linux users promoting their preferred OS on a topic even slightly related.
I'd agree with you except the instance isn't being removed from the site, so you still have the choice of creating an account for that instance, or creating your own self-hosted one instead.
Ignoring the fact that most complaining here are likely members of that instance, I don't understand users' insistence that they shouldn't be defederated. Are most ignoring the numerous examples of Reddit subs users inferred "likely won't be a big deal" becoming obviously problematic down the line, with the inevitable ban/quarantine occuring with most upset it wasn't dealt with from the start?
You know, everytime I see this post I think, "What a pointless post.".
That is until it's Friday and seeing this reminds me another long week down with the weekend to enjoy!
