This is happening to my father's engineering team, but a dude DIED. I will say, though, my father's the project lead and came in to fill in. He didn't reallocate the work. I know he's an outlier. I'm proud of him. He works with switches/ semi-conductors. It's high pressure for chip engineers rn, but he still came in. I will admit, though, that my father has largely been absent from my/ my siblings' life as a result.

I think the big issue is that a lot of people feel like their vote doesn't matter because they're not in a swing state. They definitely matter, especially locally.
