Just realized I made this post from my lemmy.world account. The account that’s having issues is @TheAndrewBrown@lemm.ee

Something that started happening today that wasn’t happening yesterday. When I go to communities I frequent, the most recent post it shows me is from days ago. However, I know there are more recent posts, including ones from me. I also can’t see any posts in my history (but all of them are from the last few days so it could be the same issue).

In the pictures, you can see one that was on lemm.ee that shows a post from a few days ago. Then there’s another from lemmy.world that shows a couple more recent posts. Both are sorted by New.

Any ideas what might be going on? Is this happening for anyone else?

I can do some different accents but they’re all some variation of southern. Makes for a strange world

He had a pretty good year with the Ravens last year. He should be able to still produce some since Brian Burns will probably be taking most of the heat.

Other than possible health concerns, I have no moral issues with eating humans that died from some other cause. There’s nothing intrinsically wrong about it, it’s a cultural thing.

Chris Cornell of Sohndgarden, Temple of the Dog, and Audioslave

I’m also always impressed by Demi Lovato

They planned on trying a command to fix it but they didn’t expect it to work and said that October when the system reset happened was the best shot. Seems like the command ended up working though.

Well I think criminal acts being punished in the courts is a pretty rational take. As far as being punished by the NFL, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect some sort of punishment on top of that. Most people would get fired from their jobs if they were filmed beating the shit out of some guy.

But my disappointment about this punishment is more about the fact that it was the only chance for Kamara to really see consequences for his actions, since the courts aren’t going to give him any jail time. I’d prefer for most of the punishment to be through the courts but that isn’t working right now.

It seems like the league is moving towards shorter suspensions for non-football related offenses if they don’t result in jail time (which they often won’t because money). This is pretty disappointing and I hope courts start pushing actual punishments for these players that break the law so we don’t have to rely on a corporation focused on making money to dole out the punishments.

I think having a thread each week for people to talk about rankings would be cool

The problem is he didn’t stick around to talk out what “a break from us” means. He stormed out without saying anything when she said that. And it’s not really his fault, he says he assumed that meant a full breakup which isn’t unreasonable. But most people know that in reality when you’re in a big fight with your SO, sometimes you say things that you don’t mean the next day so you probably shouldn’t be making huge decisions that will affect the future of your relationship based on them. Assuming you want the relationship to continue which he obviously did.

He’s not a bad person for doing what he did, he’s just an idiot for doing what he did when he wanted to still be with her. Even if it was a full breakup, that doesn’t mean he couldn’t win her back. Sleeping with someone else makes that much harder though.

That’s perfectly fair, but don’t expect the original person to want to get back together with you then. It’s not about whether it was ok for him to have sex with that girl, it’s whether or not Rachel was justified to not want to get back together because of it. Which she was. And he knew it, or he wouldn’t have immediately tried to hide it.

He didn’t cheat on her, but that doesn’t mean she was obligated to be ok with what he did. If he wanted to have a chance with her ever again, sleeping with someone else while they were on a break (or even immediately after breaking up) was a stupid thing to do. Part of Ross’ problem was he was so focused on the technicality that they weren’t actively together instead of the reality that it still was obviously going to hurt her.

Game of Thrones was the most popular show in the world not too long ago and is more complicated. House of the Dragon is also complicated and did well just last year. There have been tons of complicated dramas that have been popular. This is just a dumb excuse

This marks the first time the Super Bowl has had an alternate telecast on a different network.

Irsay reportedly said they didn’t plan to extend him. I’m not sure if that’s just meant to be they aren’t extending him yet or they plan to let him enter free agency after his rookie contract his up.

Irsay also responded after the report saying "We're not trading Jonathan... end of discussion. Not now and not in October!"

More info from later tweets: the cart had to come pick him up, it’s a calf strain and they don’t have a timeline for recovery yet.

He was carted off after a drill where he was covering Tyreek Hill.
