I'm fine with them losing titles, but retrospectively awarding them is shit, just copy Italy and have no official winner that year.

Cynical fouls don't always earn cards. Like the examples.

Book them every time, and it stops.

Just enforce the rules we have now consistently. Lets work out whats working by following the rules first?
