I have tried to allow unfree packages to install steam and discord but nothing worked here are some of the things I have tried; 1. { allowUnfree = true; allowUnfreePredicate = pkg: true; }

{ nixpkgs.config.allowUnfree = true; }

( config, pkgs, allow unfree=true)

Every time I tried to rebuild something would go wrong so I tried temporary stuff like NIXPKGS_ALLOW_UNFREE=1 nix-shell And --impure But nothing worked

What should I do???

Every once in a while my system just randomly crashes with just a blank screen, its not when I do something specific, just randomly

I want to go full open-source with my phone, which is why I use Lemmy instead of reddit, there are a lot of proprietary built in apps that are bloat and are of course, not open source, Samsung does not let you disable or uninstall any prebuilt apps, any ideas?

I am reinstalling gentoo for the 4th time now and I am planning to bedrock it, going through the manual gentoo install can get really tedious at times, so I want to use this GUI script based on arch, what do you think???
