So it seems.

We mostly see 3D chess in the franchise, but 3D checkers exists too.

Not a Kevin hater, just feeling Moopsy deprivation.

Why not have both?

More Moopsy in Lower Decks & Kevin Riley recast and recurring in SNW. He’d be an ensign about then.

No wonder they replaced him with Chekov. That was way to much baggage for a regular in that era.

But he’d be fine on SNW. A recast Kevin Riley could be mentored by La’an.

Anson Mount would love this - he’s a fan of Detective Pikáchu.

Regarding the character or the late actor?

Ok, I’m fancasting Fionn O’Shea as Kevin Riley - just because.

I took this as commentary not advertising.

I thought Mobius’ enthusiasm for the hot apple pies was consistent with his adoring better-living-through-chemistry lime pie or machine made hot chocolate in the TVA.

He’s been stuck in the limited palate options of the TVA, his memory of a richer, real-life stripped from him. Of course 80s McDonald’s is a taste sensation.

The thing is that despite all that, the volume these sets and their extrapolations imply is still leaves vast amounts of empty space in the ships of Star Trek.

IDIC … there are many of us who are keen to see where she went after she walked back through the Guardian of Forever’s time portal in Discovery S3.

This instantly made go right to wanting to fancast a new younger Kevin.

Introducing Irish actor Finonn O’Shea folks.

Yeoh would get Kevin’s appeal though.

She loves playfulness and unpredictability, not to mention nerdly-fey appeal. She would definitely make best efforts to get him into a bedroom.

Let’s not forget the effort it took to divert her from communications officer Bryce when he was trying to re-engineer systems in the 32nd century.

Love that Farscape got brought into it, but long to find some folks who can appreciate really obscure memes from

Space 1999

and The Starlost

Can you believe both John Collicos and Barry Morse in an absolutely appalling episode with script credited to Ursula LeGuin ‘The Godess Calabra.’
