The obvious question there is what happens when you leave the hammer on Ego the living planet

The hammer is effectively immovable by sentient beings. IIRC, if Thor left it on a elevator it'd still go up and down, unless it was a magic talking one. Edit: Note sentient and living. Vision could lift it in the movie. He's not alive so no powers though.

Magneto can move the hammer with his omega level mutant magnetism powers. He isn't worthy though, so no Thor powers. Hulk has also moved it, with raw strength. He similarly wasn't worthy.

If its any consolation wrt Harley riders, the company is losing customers to old age, and attempts to appeal to the younger generation just get the old one (their existing base) mad enough to protest loudly against it, leading to the rep of it being a weekend warrior bike for grandpa to live his never was (as opposed to has been) biker fantasy. Not gonna stop a particular brand of pencil-dicks from making their cars loud and obnoxious, ofc, but still, take w's where you can.

In that case its not targeted at a specific state, just at ensuring all states hold the same standard wrt drunk driving.

Slamming should only be done by Onyx, and/or be followed by welcoming to the jam (more particularly the space jam.)

Federal appointments still have to be approved, and even with SCOTUS they can still get rejected, e.g. Bork

Thomas was close to rejection too owing to Anita Hill's testimony

No system is 100% resistant to shitters.

Life appointment was supposed to get judges to focus on issues and not make decisions with re-election in mind. Supreme court in the U.S. has shown us how that is going.

It sounds crazy to hear someone mods 5k communities or 108 until you put eyes on them and realize most are dead, functionally dead, or memes. I modded 100+ subreddits on reddit when I was there, the drop in population after about the fifth was massive. After about 15 or so we were at truly inconsequential populations.

On one hand, you should be safe in jail to serve your time. We aren't animals and treating criminals inhumanely or allowing as such is just perpetuating a cycle.

On the other hand? Fuck that guy.

It's long term shrinkflation, just like you expected.
