Fable: The Lost Chapters comes in mind. You can get lots of gold and some powerful items going down the evil path.

Another one would be Tyranny, though that game is quite morally gray and what is evil is rather debatable.

FF7 Rebirth, Elden Ring DLC, System Shock 2 Enhanced and I'm also eager to see what other remasters will Nightdive come up with.
