Final Fantasy 6 on SNES. It didnt matter if I double saved or not though. I think it had a faulty battery and would lose its saves randomly all the time.

I remember one time, I was literally at the final boss fight and I saved and quit to go have dinner and when I came back, all the saves were gone.

Nothing for me. All the games I had wishlisted had really crap sales.

Bioshock when you collect the adam from the girls instead of save them. Feels kinda mean.
