Never. There is no need. The only people that do this are former Android users. Even Android handles apps well these days. They're is no need to close background apps in either iOS or Android.

Someone stolen my phone, unfortunately Find my iphone is turned off, however faceid and apple id is loggedin, can he use or access my data? in c/apple@hardware.watch
