Tracking workouts is only one part of a whole lot of stuff the watch is able to do.

As long as you buy the correct 41 or 45mm band then yes, you can buy small medium or large bands and they will all fit.

Also works if the watch is on wifi as long as wherever the phone is, it still has an internet connection.
