I resonate with this. The summer break is the perfect time to make this decision. You've had a majority of the races, and the faster driver will be ahead. If the other driver's unhappy he's had enough races to prove himself. He can try again next year.

I hate that they time limit them as a whole. I want to hear everyone's thoughts one each of the questions. If you want you can add like a 15 second timer for each question, that's fine.
