What has the historical precedent been for countries that break a binding resolution?

I thought breathing some gases, like helium, are a peaceful death, because your body does not realise it cannot breathe? (ie the feeling of suffocation only arises from a buildup of CO)

Or is nitrogen a different deal? Not to say I would support the execution otherwise.

Given the US's hostile public stance towarda China it only makes sense that the Chinese gov't stops using an American OS. I would be surprised if the US didn't have a backdoor into Windows.
