Apparently, that's not a logo, it's a badge.

Idk where exactly this came from, but I found an ebay seller with an almost identical product: https://www.ebay.com/itm/262732333154

I'll try to find more information later because it's really hard to find something about it and I'm really busy right now.

It's closed source. But the dev said that maybe in the future it can be open sourced.
