This! Was looking for a comment that spoke on daily exercise and diet. Research shows your brain shows a ton of activity when you're working out. Conditioning is proven to be just as beneficial to your mind than it is for your body. So if you workout daily, eat clean and get good sleep, you should still be able to maintain your sharpness and mental focus.
