I am not surprised, when I worked for a hardware company (late 90's), the repair techs would fight over laptops that came in from churches because they always had the best porn.

I had to move everyone inside while I am on vacation due to the heat. I started out with 1 Venus Fly Trap and 1 Pitcher plant 2 years ago.

4 Pitcher Plants, 9 Venus Flytraps, 7 Sundew's and 1 Pinguicula

I worked for a very large insurance company until recently . IT is run like the Wild West. Contractors seem to do whatever they want. after a merger several years ago, all the people who built the systems were driven out, leaving a bunch of low paid outsourced contractors to support everything. The entire IT infrastructure is a bad day from collapsing.

This probably isn't for everyone but I found that journaling helps me. I just type whatever is bothering me and whatever else comes to mind. After a really bad weekend about a month ago, I finally started doing some research because I couldn't stand how I was feeling anymore and journaling came up so I gave it a shot. The first few days I wrote a lot, but as the week went on and I guess I got out what I needed to, I felt better and now I am down to just a short paragraph a day.

Tweetdeck was the only thing keeping me on twitter. I kept it in a pinned tab so I could check the news and stuff. I was already trying to get away from it, that is the push I needed.
