Here's the facts: Apple's chargers are just standard USB power delivery bricks at this point. Any PD charger from Anker, Belkin, Ravpower, or any other reputable charging brand is going to do the exact same thing.
I think it is actually a machine learning neural net but it's job is basically "does that look like the moon? Then put the moon stuff on it."
