Not a fan, and I don’t like his relative lack of political experience. However, his status as a white male veteran who is the husband of Gabby Gifford could win some points.

NPD isn’t a disability, it’s a personality disorder.
And regardless, the presence of any disability or disorder does not absolve you of acting like a shitty person. We should not stigmatize people with NPD, however you don’t get to walk around acting like you’re better than other people and then use your condition as a shield when people get rightfully upset at you for it.
