They removed that feature, at least for Finnish.

Yeah, and? That still doesn’t excuse anyone breaking into their system against their will.

Did you also feel the same way about Steam shutting down the gambling sites that gambled with CSGO skins? Steam garden walled their product and forced everything done their way. The consumer chose to gamble their real money on video game pixels, why did Steam have the right to shut that down?

You are free to disagree with Apple’s ecosystem, but don’t try to convince me you wouldn’t do the exact same if you were in Apple’s shoes, or try to convince me you didn’t celebrate Steam shutting down gambling just because you personally disagree with the idea of gambling on CSGO skins.

Fair, but Trump does have the Proud Boys… LARPing as an elite strike force is the same as battle-hardened legions, right?

I’ve often referred to Trump as Stupid Caesar.

Like Caesar, Trump pushed up against established political norms and found very little pushback. As it turns out, having it be up for debate whether a leader is legally responsible for crimes committed is not a stable foundation for a nation.

The only difference is, Trump did not wait to build up his base not just in the electorate but also among other political figures before pushing as hard as he did. The whole drinking bleach and shining a light to cure Covid probably didn’t help.

Also I’m pretty certain Caesar wasn’t borderline illiterate. If we look up any of Caesar’s speeches recorded by even his most ardent opponents and compare them to Trump’s, there’s a bit of a difference there.

Anyway the point is, both of these men did nothing except expose the flaws in the system, and so long as we do nothing to fix said flaws, is there anything stopping a more competent modern-day Caesar from finishing what Trump started?

Pretty much what the other poster says, plus the fact that there are other improvements that weren’t big enough to upgrade before, but USB-C tipped the scales.

Which is a really good thing, IMO.

I’m upgrading from a 12 to a 15 because of USB-C and the other improvements that have accumulated, and after that I’m leaving it alone for a long time.

If USB-C wasn’t there, I wouldn’t even bother as my 12 works perfectly fine, Safari feels snappy and this phone could last a good long while still.

I feel personally attacked.

Haha I bet the AI hasn’t done too much work on orcs yet, that looks amazing though! Thank you <3

Aww, it’s Konsi! Do Razira next!

Which personally I think does a disservice to their readers. If their article ends up high in search results for “best password manager 2023” for whatever reason, most people aren’t going to care if there’s a source available client or not.

Dash lane and 1Password might not have source available clients but they likely have better UI/UX than these more open source alternatives that are made for people with technical expertise.

I can personally recommend 1Password, the Windows Hello integration works really well. Asks for your PIN code to unlock (or your master password after a reboot). If you put your computer to sleep rather than turn it off overnight, you won’t need the full master password.

Also, if you’re so inclined, 1P has an excellent CLI tool you can use for accessing vaults programmatically. I use this for auto filling TOTP codes for my Final Fantasy XIV login.

It doesn’t save form inputs because when you click a suspended/unloaded tab, it reloads the whole page. Everything unsaved on that page is lost.

I really hope some day Firefox will work the way you say, though.

Does this app not support 2FA? Whenever I try to sign in it says “Something went wrong”.

Hey all, I’m new to Diablo IV after having not played D3 for a couple years, so I wanted to share a few tips for others who might also be new. These tips are based off my own experience in patch 1.1.0b.

TL;DR, I’ll elaborate on some of them later:

  • Level to 45ish in WT1
  • Do the WT2 capstone dungeon as soon as you can (45+ is doable for most classes/builds)
  • Salvage items at the blacksmith until you hit WT3 and get Sacred items, then start vendoring for gold
  • Only upgrade weapons, and only upgrade them twice, until you get to WT4 and get your Best-in-Slot pieces
  • Don’t imprint weapons; weapon legendaries are rarer and thus the imprint mats are rarer too
  • Nightmare dungeons at Tier 1 are easier than normal dungeons
  • Nightmare dungeons are a great source of legendaries
  • Legion events are a zerg fest so don’t worry if you’re not playing the top meta spec, there’s always someone there to help, and are a good source of EXP
  • Do Helltides if you can, and farm 250 Cinders for the Box of Mysteries, but be careful as the monsters are higher level and you lose Cinders when you die.
  • Do the world boss weekly for the box

Salvage vs Vendoring At low levels, items are worth very little at the vendor, but salvage to a good amount of materials. If you only upgrade weapons, or don’t upgrade at all, you’ll have a nice bank of materials for your WT4 ancestral BiS armor pieces.

As you hit higher levels and higher tiers of gear (Sacred/Ancestral), everything becomes more expensive and gold becomes more valuable, so consider vendoring things! 167 million gold might seem like a lot, but if you’ve ever tried upgrading gems from scratch, you’ll see how quickly that money evaporates. You can always run a dungeon or two and pick up everything to salvage if you run low on mats.

Nightmare Dungeons When I hit 46 with my WW Barb, I tried doing a normal dungeon but couldn’t get past the first elite in my first WT3 dungeon. To my surprise, NMD Tier 1 was very easy.

Also, ever wonder how most midgame/early endgame builds have a full set of imprinted gear and you think “how, I only have 7 of the imprint mats”, that’s because NMD’s give 1-2 legendaries on completion, in addition to whatever drops. Depending on your luck, you might only need to run a few of them before you can afford your imprints on your armor. You’ll end up with a lot of trash affixes that don’t matter for your build, into the bin it goes.

Bonus fact; salvaging legendaries unlock some cool transmog options!

That’s all I can think of just now, let me know if anything is wrong or leave a tip of your own for a fellow new Wanderer.

Is there any way we can dim the titles of read posts just like in Apollo? At the moment it’s hard to tell if a post has been read.

No, I don’t want to hide read posts.
