That should be gnome screen recorder and I believe there's open bugs for this and it's a problem with pipewire? At least https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/issues/5585 looks like what you (and I) get

I'm still hoping/waiting for a Ryzen based update. Give me loooong battery life, a Ryzen and just integrated graphics to work
