under a state law passed in 2022 which makes it a felony to share “any altered sexual depiction” of a person without their consent.

They got charged with sharing photos without the other party's consent. Lets be honest, sharing nudes without consent has been a rampant problem for a long while, and ai has made it 10 times worse

Valve is obviously complicit in enabling gambling habits with lootboxes and whatnot, but I'd say that's more of a general gambling issue that affects a wide slew of people, not just the younger audience

Roblox is far more heinous in terms of exploiting their younger audience, check out some of the videos from People Make Games

Licenses are a way to prevent people from overfishing populations. Certain populations have been overfished to the point of being endangered, and if a species gets erased out of an ecosystem, the overlying ecosystem gets thrown out of place depending on how key of a species the fish was.

There are some species the gov does not care about eg the invasive lionfish and asian carp

Ehh I'd say Palworld is literally a reskin of Pokemon with an open world gameplay. Palworlds is literally getting flak for ripping some 3d models from Pokemon, the polygon mesh is literally the same.

On the other hand Hong Kong has a lot of English mixed in due to tourism (and its history) so you won't fare too bad even if you didnt know how to speak

Yup, these updates help make sure your gpu still works with each os update, as well as maybe fixing a bit of uncaught issues/bugs

You could learn soldering, mouse switches are super beginner friendly and they cost about a dollar each (not including the tools)

That way you can buy a nicer pair and not have to worry about it breaking

Its a portable handheld, it's not meant to be a replacement for a pc. You could use it for playing games on a commute or during your lunch break. Nothing wrong with using it on the couch either, sometimes you want to be outside of your room.
