As an aside, Crestone, CO used to have a restaurant called The Roadkill Cafe. "You Kill it, We Grill it" https://www.chieftain.com/story/special/1993/06/09/crestone-s-roadkill-cafe-popular/8558053007/

Agreed. And people are still dying from COVID19. I'm having a relatively mild case at the moment. Yay for Science! 5 Vax's in, and Paxlovid, plus lots of rest, fluids, etc. Get your vaxes, folx, please.

'Scuse me neighbor, can I borrow a spool of indium oxide filament?

"In three hours, the monoliths removed 53 per cent of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), one of the most common forever chemicals also called PFAS.

Moreover, by heating the monoliths at 500°C and reusing them three times, researchers observed that at least 75 per cent of PFOA was removed."

So yeah, like 9+ hour process. Gotta cool them down between each run. I looked on wikipedia, Indium is about $167/ Kg. What if, I know this is crazy, what if we stopped poisoning the planet, and ourselves?

I searched this morning for communities related to polyamory and open relationships. Finding nothing, I created something. If you are interested in polyamory, open relationships, ethical non-monogamy, etc, swing on by for a chat, to post something silly, as you will.

What is an immediate turn on when you first meet someone?

I've long been annoyed that everyone, including myself uses Paypal/ Venmo for moving money around. What alternatives do you find useful? Here's a list (https://alternativeto.net/software/venmo/). GNU Taler looks viable (https://taler.net/en/index.html). I would love to have your thoughts!

Edit: Thanks for everyone's input. I really appreciate it. <3

Is anyone sharing their charging station. Using Plugshare, or some other method. I'm curious how this would work. As of now I'm producing more electrons than I'm using on a grid tied PV system. And my power company has different pricing depending on time of day, as well.

I've been exploring/enjoying Sencha. And I came across the idea of cold brewing. It seemed heretical at first, as I was used to precise temperature and time. I've found that I enjoy it very much. https://www.sugimotousa.com/blog/how-to-cold-brew-green-tea-and-why-you-should-do-it#sencha
