You have HDR on?

Maybe for TrueHD Atmos, but Apple only supports Atmos.

I think the Apple TV converts DV to HDR10+ on Samsung, but I could be wrong.

Cheap Charts. I usually hold out for 4.99 or 7.99 or good bundles if there’s a super sale.

There’s maybe only about 3 movies I paid full price for, mainly because the girlfriend wanted movie night. I probably could have held out longer and paid half price. Examples are Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny for $20 and The Creator for $20.

Better to use the app CheapCharts

Licensing.

Hey you guys in the UK can buy Hellraiser 2022 on Apple TV and we in the US can only watch it on Hulu.

2024 would be my guess

Same with my Samsung TV. While some films look a bit worse with HDR off, for the most part everything else looks better.

War of the Worlds looks almost washed out and over exposed with HDR off, but Avatar: The Way of Water looks better with it off. Go figure.

Is this article off or something? USB C on the remote and HDR10+ are already there.
