If you're game for a lot of setup, you might like Tdarr

It supports remote workers for encoding, so you can store your stuff on the server but still use the main computer's hw accel.

Also if you don't have anchovies, you can punch up a sauce in much the same way with fish sauce. Its probably not identical to using actual anchovies but it's much easier to keep in a pantry.

I suspect it will see some more sales when it goes on a discount. It takes a hype cycle to get people to pay $80 (cad, in my case) and a timed exclusive of a known quantity story driven game does not have a hype cycle.

People want to buy the brand new exciting new chapter, they're less keen on catching up to a now old story

I'm very late to this post, but Voyager for Lemmy (currently at wefwef.app) has a block server alongside the block community action, which might fit your needs.

Just wanted to say thanks for putting the caveat in the title, it's nice to not have to go digging for the bigger picture :)

According to SkillUp on Youtube: Yes. The only thing locked to the DLC is the new location, story and missions. All other changes are going to be in the base game.
