Make sure to get the "new Nintendo 3DS" for the latest version of the console. I myself am planning to get one off ebay, replace the battery myself and get...*ahem*Those so ever legal 500 games in one off Amazon.
The 3D tech is pretty good but not worth the huge battery drainage IMO. Also Eye strain.
