I got a 3ds xl a couple of months ago and so far, my experience was fantastic! I got the A Link Between Worlds edition, so I already had that preinstalled, and I also go Ocarina of Time and Majoras mask, as well as mk7 and super Mario 3d land. I've really enjoyed the games on it, and, despite a poor reputation, I've found the 3d effect to be great. i really think you should get one. I got mine off of ebay, because gamestop is way too expensive, but if you're willing to spend a bit more, then gamestop is a good option.
