"Perceived transphobia" Lmfaooo. It's THE defining characteristic of that sub, and it's exactly why I left. Every single week they had some post that blew up with some stupid-ass question or statement about trans folks and they just kept posting the same shit over and over again, getting testy with anyone who said something positive or welcoming. And no, it had nothing to do with trans men wanting a space there. It was allegedly cis gay men being up in arms for one petty reason or another. I'm almost convinced that it's a concerted effort to get everyone behind an agenda because I remember when it started. There's no sensible explanation to the extent and frequency of the transphobic posts. And what's crazy to me is that this happened 2 years since I left.
