I agree, it gives them so much more impact. They look like landmarks that your city will evolve around rather than just being a slightly bigger building .

The scale wasn't even a complaint for me so I'm really shocked how much of a difference it makes.
Upgrading buildings instead of always plopping more is a nice addition also
Agreed. One of the (and possibly the only) cool features from Sim City 2013 was the upgradable buildings. It was cool, and realistic, to be able to add more classrooms to an existing school instead of just building an entirely separate building. It's nice to hear that CS2 is adding this as well.
