Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky has warned war is coming back to Russia after a drone attack on the capital Moscow.

Mr Zelensky said attacks on Russian territory were an "inevitable, natural and absolutely fair process" of the war between the two countries.

Russia's defence ministry said three Ukrainian drones were downed on Sunday, with two crashing into offices.

Vnukovo Airport, southwest of the city centre, was also briefly shut.

The drone attack in the early hours of Sunday is the latest that Moscow has blamed on Kyiv.

That seems fair, Russia has been bombing them for a while so it’s opened itself to retaliation.

I don't buy that its fair. What if they hit a mother and child. Sure objectively that seems a similar cost. But morally? Not all Russians support the war and even if they did...Was it their decision or their governments'?

That's not Ukraine's question to contemplate. Zelensky is responsible for his own citizens, and if Putin doesn't show the same concern for his own, that isn't Zelensky's concern, and Russians need to reconsider their own leader

So your position is that Zelensky is responsible for the safety of both his and Russia's citizens? If he is intentionally targeting Russian civilians, that is one thing, but targeting Russian government targets is completely reasonable.

Morally I’d much rather no one gets bombed, but that doesn’t take into account the mothers, children and other innocent people getting bombed in Ukraine.

If Russian don’t support it they should overthrow their government, as they are the only ones with the option of leaving the territories they invaded. But what I see is even Russian expats who are no longer under socialist regime supporting the war.

So I say bomb them and make them feel the pain so that they are forced to feel what it’s like to be in war. However don’t stoop to the same level as Russia and attack schools, hospitals and maternity wards. Be better than them.

Yeah I mean it’s a lot harder to take back your territory if you’re limited to only fighting within that territory. They’ll have to strike within Russian borders to successfully get their own land back.
