Great... I presume I'll require yet more stupid apps on my phone to use these? Or will these mostly be plug and pay?

I guess it's, at the very least, a net positive for more infrastructure.

How about since you demanded that you control OpenReach you get fast internet to everyone first before fucking off and leaving half the country in a shit state.
