is that wet subfloor and/or is there water damage?

might want to at least scrub that down and let it air out.

Looks like linoleum flooring too, nothing traps moisture better. Probably want to lift the edge and peek under it.

I just spilled a little when I disconnected the old dishwasher.

I'm actually not sure if that is even the subfloor. The boards are the same width as the ones in the adjacent dining room. I think I might have a wood floor in some type of condition under the linoleum.

For me, it was a friday toilet seat install.

For me it was the sink.

My daughter puts all kinds of crap in there, from those little gel balls to dirt clumps. This time it was so gross I had to pull everything apart and clean it, instead of just cleaning the stopper.

I was supposed replace the toilet last Friday but after I had it removed, we decided to quickly paint the bathroom while the wall wasn't obstructed. As I'm taping off the baseboard, my fingers are grazing the drywall to smooth out the tape and they go right through... Complete mush. Rotted wood behind it. Yay! I was finally able to get a plumber out yesterday to fix the problem pipe. Drywall is completely cut away. Fan is airing it out so I can cut new wood tomorrow and get it all patched up. At this pace, I'll finally have the toilet replaced by Wednesday.

Oh man that sucks, but I'm glad you found the problem before it got even worse.

Broke the toilet earlier that day? Must have been one hell of a visit to the loo.

No bought an awesome seat. Just replaced the old one.

I'm curious, what is so awesome about this toilet seat? I've recently replaced my wooden seat with a plastic, but now the flushes are almost as loud as a jet taking off.
