We live in a world, where you can't be sure whether this is a legit poster or shitpost.

What year is it? Has AR made a deal with Minecraft or something? As far as I know Minecraft has no connection to Belgium, am I missing something obvious?

I think it’s related to the special livery they’re running this weekend for Kick which is a game streaming platform.

Interesting, that would make sense, although I am surprised that Minecraft still has that much marketing power after so long.

Still one of the most streamed games and instantly recognisable.

I think Minecraft is still big with children.

Gambling promotion platform

What gambling do they promote?

[–] JJROKCZ@lemmy.world 0 points 1 year ago

Stake, they’ve paid a bunch of streamers to come stream stake online gambling on kik

And the Atomium. The most Belgian of monuments, because it has giant balls.

Sad to see them partnering with Kick, really wish we could outlaw all the gambling promotion crap along with the alcohol and tobacco

They're literally a Twitch competitor. What gambling do they promote?

[–] JJROKCZ@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

A twitch competitor that was founded by and funded by stake so they can pay streamers like xqc to come on kik and promote stake after twitch told them they had to stop on there

Embarassingly bad. Again.
