somewhere between a braise and a soup of chicken and rice seasoned with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sriracha. Didnt wanna deal with thawing

I'm trying out the beyond meat brats tonight with potatoes, onions, and peppers. Hopefully I'll find some time to make bread this weekend.

We made delicious Jambalaya Tuesday evening. Such a great dish! Tasty and you're basically just throwing ingredients in a pot and make sure they don't burn...
