Some places have a separate crime of infanticide. I know the UK also has a crime of Causing or Allowing the death of a child.

Can we make a new rule, such that if a GOPer says it, we assume it is false unless and until they provide a significant level of proof to go along with their statement. Then if that proof can be verified, we assume that they stole the information from someone else. Those in favor?
