Freecycle: to give away something used or unwanted, as opposed to selling it or throwing it away.

This community is intended for discussion, recommendations, ideas of reuse and linking regarding freecycling. You can also post about what great stuff you managed to get for free.
This is not an ad page, but you are allowed to link to ads about used or unwanted stuff available for free. This is subject to change if abused.

Rules:

  1. Follow the Lemmy code of conduct.
  2. Be nice to one another.
  3. You can post links to your freecycling/thrifting pages or ads on other sites, but be reasonable, don't spam the community.
  4. Links to ads must specify [country, region/state, city]. When the ad is concluded, the post must be marked as [concluded] as well or deleted.
  5. No nudity or NSFW content in post or linked content.

Rules are subject to change depending on the needs of this community.
