"I think human consciousness is a tragic misstep in human evolution. We became too self-aware; nature created an aspect of nature separate from itself. We are creatures that should not exist by natural law."

So what will happen when we eventually do create AGI. Wild to think that an error causing us to form consciousness could lead us to possibly create another consciousness. Nature created an aspect of nature separate from itself which (human consciousness) then created another aspect of nature( artificial consciousness). If it is true AGI (unfiltered) what morals will it have knowing it is immortal, would it be atheist or follow/make a religion? What would it think of itself in the grand scheme of nature?
