I got a bunch of dvds from a co-worker. The blu-rays on top are my latest arrivals. Vortex particularly is a welcome addition, I attended a screening where both Noe and Argento was present about two years ago and its a great memory. Oh yeah, the movie is really great too!

Nice collection. Big cheer for Tremors 2, very underrated sequel in my opinion. I wonder if Arrow Video are going to cover the next two films?

My Wife adores the 10th Kingdom. She has a VHS box set thats very large as it contains a making of tape and some extra goodies. She had it signed by Warwick Davis.

Dogma is free on YouTube, Kevin Smith got into a fight with whatever studio currently owns the rights to that movie so somewhere along that storyline he decided "fuck it, it's free now".

I think that's just a random upload that's never been flagged for takedown. Whereas a lot of Kevin's films were made for Miramax, the rights to Dogma personally belong to the convicted sex offender Harvey Weinstein.

Seeing as he is in prison, I don't think he's too bothered and can't do much about it right now.

That's why people can't find Dogma on Blu-ray, Harvey has the rights and he's the one they need to talk to in order to re-issue the film on Blu-ray.

Highlander 2 haha! I watched an extended or directors cut version of that last year and it was bonkers.

It's so bad that it was removed from canon before the release of the next movie. The director's Renegade cut removes most of the alien plotline and is supposed to be an improvement but I say this kind of trainwreck of a movie deserves to be watched in all of it's original theatrical release glory.

1/5 truly a movie that deserves it's place on the list beside such classics as The Room and Jaws The Revenge

I was nosing through thinking "Oo Temors - nice, Musa and Seven Swords - excellent picks" and then.... and then... Highlander 2. There's a few films I won't give house room to (if they were going free) and that's one. Then again, I have a pirated copy of League of Extraordinary Gentlemen around here somewhere because a friend sneaked round one night and jammed it through my letterbox because a) he wanted it out of his house and b) he thought it would annoy me - it did. I've kept it because I like the story and one day, when he least expects it, I am returning it to him.

Came here as soon as I saw that gem in the stack.

It's up there with Lord of the rings and firefly on me re-watching list. Such a great premise, such good execution, and the story really keeps everything moving.
