StupIDPol: A based critique of essentialism

A federated homage to the subreddit of the same name. The original idea is a marxist take on identity politics and the stupidity inherent in it, but we're fresh out of marxists to run this joint.

Until any marxists step forward to take over, this is a place to post well-tempered stories and commentary about the bonkers world of identity politics.

We got rules, so learn 'em:

I wonder how many people a socially conservative/economically left party would actually appeal to. I can't say much about European politics in general, apart from Scholz's low approval rating. Even still, I wonder if people would really pivot away from the more right wing parties, or if this new party would come across as "just another left wing party". Either way, my initial impression is rather skeptical.

Super based, if she sticks to what she says it would be the kind of party I dream of. Too bad I live in Italy, so her succeeding would likely mean more rapefugees in my own country since Germany would be less inclined to adhere to a redistribution program. Perhaps she'd be more favourable to blocking their ships, though. :/
