My golf hat is green. So I’m almost in compliance. Are my jorts acceptable though?

I was playing an expensive course as a rare treat Saturday ($250/round, valet parking, blah blah) and was shocked when I was having a drink post-round and someone was heading out in a graphic tee and sweat shorts. I'm for relaxing expectations on dress code and appreciate the move to more athletic style clothing, but that was something else. Ha.
However okra pants are optional.
