Do you think a Fallout NV play through would be possible where you are required to kill a named NPC every 10 minutes? (leminal.space)

Bit of a unique challenge I was thinking of.

Essentially every time you kill a named non-playable character the timer restarts and you have 10 minutes to kill another named NPC or the game is over.

A named NPC would be a character like Doc Mitchell not a generic character like Novac Settler.

I am wondering if 10 minutes is too much or too little time.

I would be interested to hear some feedback on how you think a run like this would go and parts that might prove difficult.
