This looks really tasty. I’m always struggling to find cool meals for these hot days. I keep a cold Italian-ish/Greek-ish pasta salad in the fridge, but your dipping sauce is a great idea! I’m definitely making something like this, appreciate the inspiration!

What's in your sauce? I've had soba before, I'll eat it without hesitation, but I feel like the standard sauce I get from the store is lacking, somewhat.

Wife made this but adding green onions and wasabi to your sauce may help on store bought sauces.
